Minimum Order

Minimum order is AU$1200+ shipping for all new orders. A minimum of AU$500 applies for re-orders. All prices are current and subjected to change without further notice. Prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced. All goods come with a RRP and goods must not be priced under this amount.


All orders must be fully paid via invoice; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept direct credit. You will be emailed the invoice with payment required within seven days. No orders will be sent until full payment is received.


Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the package. Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders shipping will be charged on each invoice at the time it is generated.

We do not charge handling fees. Shipping rates are obtained from various freight companies to obtain the best price for you.


Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 1-4 weeks depending on the size of order. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order. You will be notified by email when your order has been sent.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design, then we will apply a credit or refund for agreed products.


Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 2 days of receipt. Please do not return goods before contacting us via hello@therattanroom.com
